The medical staff is spread over around forty different points around the stadium, strategically distributed to guarantee a rapid and effective intervention. Some of the most important spaces are: a Central dispensary, located at gate 59, in the side area of ​​Spotify Camp Nou, and a small clinic to respond to emergencies; 11 outlying dispensaries distributed around the entrances to the various sectors of the stadium; 6 ambulances located around the perimeter of the pitch – five Advanced Life Support (ALS) and an Basic Life Support (BLS); and also, a dispensary near the changing rooms and two electric stretchers on the ground. All of these spaces are equipped with several AEDs equipped with defibrillator monitors to perform high-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and which paramedics can move to any location in the stadium.

In the event that a patient needs to be transferred from Spotify Camp Nou to an external health center, the usual adult hospital is Barcelona Hospital Clinic. For children it is Sant Joan de Deu Hospital. And in the case of players, coaches and referees, as long as their life is not threatened, they are brought to Barcelona Hospital.
